Patronato Pro Niños mission is to provide medical, dental, and psychological care to children and adolescents from economically deprived families in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende. 

In 2021 Patronato Pro Niños provided care and health education to 9,444 children through 14,364 consultations and served 118 communities throughout San Miguel de Allende.
