Many economically vulnerable children and adolescents in our city and its more than 500 communities suffer from a lack of medical services.
For more than 50 years Patronato Pro Niรฑos has been the only NGO in San Miguel de Allende serving those most in need by providing access to medical services, which are essential for a good quality of life.
Patronato Pro Niรฑos provides complete medical services for children with everything from chronic illnesses, serious disabilities, and life-threatening conditions to the common cold.
Children with special medical needs are provided with the necessary medications, therapies, and critically needed procedures as well as help to transport them and a parent or guardian to and from their homes.
Patronato Pro Niรฑos also offers follow-up services for patients by working hand- in-hand with federal, state and local health authorities. It leads the way in finding the latest interventions for the improvement of the health of the youth of our municipality.
